Land Union Group is a privately owned family enterprise that consists of 6 segments centred around the group’s core business.
The main business segments of the Group include Project Development, Asset Management, Construction, Planning and Design, Hospitality Operations, and Shipping. Each segment operates independently while benefitting from the Group’s overall experience and synergy to support its core business.
We are looking for 9 months temporary personal assistant to :
acting as a first point of contact for our CEO: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including travel or vehicle etc..
